Students that received the Out of District form from Mrs. Swift in Student Services, please return the signed forms as soon as possible.

UNOH, the University of Northwestern Ohio, has their Fall Open House scheduled for November 5th and 6th. Over $200,000 in scholarships will be awarded! See Mrs. Swift in Student Services for more information. (9/13)

Baseball practice will be today, 5-7.

FFA Members – There is a Chapter Kick-off meeting today at 6:00 p.m. We will be cooking out and playing games to kick off the new year, please sign up on the Ag Room door if you will be attending this meeting.

Attention Seniors – We have scheduled two additional ceiling tile art sessions for those interested in creating their own art to be displayed in the hallway. Sessions have been scheduled for Wednesday, September 1 from 5-7 p.m. and for Wednesday, September 15 from 3:05-7 p.m. These will likely be the final two sessions. See Mr. Retherford or Ms. McClung if you have any questions.

Congratulations to the 7th Grade Volleyball team winning in 3 sets last night, 25-22, 24-25, 15-14. The girls did amazing tonight. Olivia and Maria had a couple assists each, Zoie had 4 aces and Malin lead us to the win with knocking out 5 serves wrapping up the game.

Congratulations to the 8th Grade Volleyball team as well also winning 25-20, 25-15. Hadley had 3 aces and 2 digs. Addie and Shyan both had 1 kill. Angie have 2 digs and Rylin had 4 aces. Sophia had 2 aces and Ava had one kill!

The varsity boys’ and girls’ cross-country team competed in a 3-way meet on Tuesday against Cowan and Union County. The boys finished 1st with a perfect score of 15. Tucker Burris led the way for the Bears and not far behind was Carter Miller, Caden Landis, Kyler Shumaker, and Eli Chamberlain who rounded out the top 5 places. The girls also finished 1st with a perfect score of 15. Karly Puckett led the ladies finishing second with Addison Coe third, Katie Osbourne fourth, Addison Puckett fifth, Morgan Ferguson sixth, and Keslie Gaddis seventh. Congrats to both teams on an awesome meet and look forward to competing Saturday at the Marion Invitational.

There will be a boys basketball call-out meeting with Coach Ullom on Friday, September 10th beginning at 10:20 a.m. during LITE period.
