Daily Announcements 2/15/2023

The Academic Team had a very successful night in their first in-person meet at Randolph Southern Tuesday night. Our Math team of Elijah Taylor and Noah Bootcheck took first place in their round. The English and Fine Arts teams placed 2nd. The Social Studies and Interdisciplinary teams placed third. Our next meet is Monday, January 27 at Jay County

Softball practice is after school until 4:30 in hall gym. Please remember to bring indoor and outdoor clothes/shoes in case weather permits us to go outside. 

JH Track & Field practices will begin on March 13th. They will meet in the cafeteria.

The Journey Home is looking for student volunteers! Please pick up an information sheet in the office.

The teachers’ association is selling beef sticks before and after school. Mrs. Van Pelt will be outside room 110 each morning selling and in her room (115) after school.

Attention Current Juniors interested in doing an internship next year:  Randolph County United has posted all of the internships available to Randolph County students next year.  Among those internships are the following Monroe Central internships:  Office Assistant, Athletic Department Intern, Ag Greenhouse Intern, SE Assistant, Pre-School Assistant, Mechanic Intern, and Technology Intern.  If you are interested in any of these positions or other Randolph County internships, please apply at www.rcuinternshipportal.com.  The application deadline is February 20, 2023.
