Daily Announcements 8/24/2023

The Lady Bears volleyball team took on the Union rockets in the bear den on Wednesday night. The JV swept the Rockets in two. Angie Burress led in kills with 5, Zoie Hood with 9 aces, and Raegan Quattlebaum with 4 digs. Varsity also swept the rockets in 3 sets. Maggie Haney led with 11 kills, and 2 blocks. Sydney Patterson and Maggie Haney also had 14 digs each. Aubrey Johnson led in aces with 9, and had 21 assists.The lady bears play against the Northeastern Knights in the Bear den Thursday 8/24. JV starts at 6.

MCCTA is still selling beef sticks before school and after school in the junior high and high school hallways (outside room 110) and in Mrs. Van Pelt’s room.
