Grades 9-11 have ballots on schoology to vote on the positions that are contested. Please vote!!! The voting will end Monday after study hall.

Attention Students!! There will be a tailgate for students tonight before the football game. Meet in the parking lot at 5:45pm. Theme is Hawaiian.

There will be a high school Art Club callout meeting today during study hall in the Art Room (Room 145). Any high school student interested in being a part of the Art Club is welcome to attend.

MCCTA is still selling beef sticks before school and after school in the junior high and high school hallways (outside room 110) and in Mrs. Van Pelt’s room.

The Lady Bears volleyball team took on the Northeastern knights Thursday night in the Bear den. JV played a strong match but lost in two. Angie Burress had 2 kills and 10 digs. Maria Oliphant led in aces with 2. Varsity played a tough one and was defeated in 3. Maggie Haney led with 7 kills, 2 blocks, and 5 aces. Shyan Bennett also added two blocks. Aubrey Johnson led in digs with 11 and in assists with 12. The Lady Bears next game is Tuesday 8/29 at Hagerstown high school. JV starts at 6.
