There will be a call-out meeting for our Bring Change to Mind Club today, December 13th during study hall! This club is run by our student advocates and will be a great club to join if you want to help spread mental health awareness and be a part of positive change in our building. This club is open to any student in high school.

If you are interested in volunteering at the Second Harvest Food Bank on Wednesday, January 24th, there will be a sign-up sheet in the office or you can send Mrs. Greer a Schoology message. Lunch will be provided and it will be a fun day of helping others and giving back to our community! Any student in junior high or high school will be able to sign up to go. It will be on a first come first serve basis, however, if there is a lot of interest we will schedule a second day.

The Scholastic Art & Writing Awards deadline has been extended to midnight on Friday, December 15th. Any student 13 years or older can enter work in a variety of art and writing categories. The Scholastic Awards are a national program focused on giving creative students access to opportunities for recognition, exhibition, publication, and scholarships. Award winners are eligible for scholarships, cash awards, or tuition assistance. Contact Ms. McClung if you have any questions or need help submitting work for the awards.
