The girls and boys County Basketball Tournament will be held at Monroe Central on January 5th-8th. Presale full session tickets are available in the high school office from 8am-3pm until Wednesday. Full session tickets are $10 and can be used all 4 nights of the tournament and will not be sold at the door. Tickets purchased at the door will be $6.

Attention Students – Please check your first semester grades in PowerSchool. If you have any incompletes, then you have until this Friday to take care of this issue. If you missed any final exams, you will be able to make those up during the following times and places this week:
Monday, January 3 – 3:15-5:15 p.m. – Report to the library
Tuesday, January 4 – 3:15-5:15 p.m. – Report to the library
Wednesday, January 5 – LITE Period – Report to the Millennium Room
Thursday, January 6 – 3:15-5:15 p.m. – Report to the library
Friday, January 7 – LITE Period – Report to the Millennium Room
Anything not completed by the end of LITE Period on Friday will revert to zeros in the gradebook and final grades will be recalculated. It is each student’s responsibility to take care of this!

Attention Seniors – Please check the Class of 2022 Schoology page for information regarding the Senior Trip scheduled for April 19-22 to Disney World in Orlando. The first 31 students to place their deposit of $150 for the trip by no later than Friday, January 14th will go. The total cost of the trip is $1050.

The Farmland Friends Church is hosting another Red Cross Blood Drive on January 11, 2022 from 2-7 p.m. in the Farmland Friends Church Gym. The need for blood and blood products is critical right now. Please consider donating on the 11th if you are 16 years old or older. If under 17, parental consent is required.

Wrestling Team Results over the Break:
Wednesday Dec 22nd – Finished 3rd at Mike Ester “Take Down the Stigma” Duals finishing 3-2, Going 3-0 in our pool by defeating Huntington North 48-30, Blackford 60-5, and Ft Wayne Concordia 51-24 and in cross over matches losing to Ft Wayne Snider 39-42 and Angola 30-54. Finishing a perfect 5-0 on the day was 160 Jonah Jones who recorded all wins by pin fall and 220 Joel Kennedy
Thursday Dec 23rd – Finished 8th out of 16 teams at East Central Indiana Classic. 182 Hunter Page 1st going 4-0, Joel Kennedy 2nd going 3-1, Jonah Jones 3rd going 3-1, and Kolten Tinsman and Brady Hiatt finished 5th going 4-1
