After school tutoring/homework help begins tonight in Mr. Hartle’s classroom. We will have tutoring every Tuesday and Thursday night after school moving forward. Mrs. Van Pelt will tutor on Tuesdays. Mr. Hartle will tutor on Thursdays. Any questions, see Mrs. Swift in Student Services.
The 8th Grade Student Council and Class Officers will meet outside Mr. Ferguson’s room during LITE Period on Friday, 16 Sep. The following 7th Grade Nominees should also attend: Charlee Morris, Casen Morris, Haidyn Dumpert, and Veronica Renner.
There will be a boys basketball call-out meeting for grades 9-12 in Hall Gym on Wednesday, September 21st.
Students are reminded that unless they are with an adult after school, they are not to be staying after school and hanging out.
Attention Students – If you are putting up locker decorations for a club, sport, etc., we ask that you use either magnets to hold up the decorations or the blue painter’s tape. No other tape should be used on the lockers as it is very difficult to get off and can damage the paint. Thank you for your assistance.
Over the past week, we have had an increase in the number of referrals for dress code violations. We ask that each student review the dress code policy again. You can find that slideshow on the school website or check the printed announcements for the link.
All high school students (grades 9-12) are invited to the Harvest Semi-Formal dance on Saturday, October 1st from 8pm-11pm. Cost of tickets will be $15 for couples and $8 for a single. Tickets can be purchased during lunch starting the week of September 26th and will also be sold at the door the night of the dance. If you plan on bringing a student from another school, please fill out a dance request form and have it returned to the office before September 30th.
