There will be after school tutoring on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

The girls and boys County Basketball Tournament will be held at Monroe Central on January 5th-8th. Presale full session tickets are available December 10th-17th and January 3rd-5th in the high school office from 8am-3pm. Full session tickets are $10 and are good for all 4 nights of the tournament and will not be sold at the door. Tickets purchased at the door will be $6.

Please take a look at the donation tree next to Mrs. Haney’s classroom, and bring in items for students-in-need. The Education Professionals Pathway classes are collecting toilet-tree items through Christmas Break.

Candy Canes are now for sale @ .50 cents each in the library before first hour or at lunch time. A variety of flavors are available. Candy canes will be available for purchase until December 15th.

Even though shorthanded, due to injury and illness, the Monroe Central Varsity Wrestling Team still found a way to go 2-3 forfeiting 5 weight classes at the Tom Hill invite at Richmond HS beating Lawrenceburg 45-30 and Union County 42-30 and losing to Fishers 26-46, Decatur Central 36-42 and Franklin County 36-48. Weight Class Champions 5-0 were Jonah Jones at 160, Hunter Page at 182, Kolten Tinsman at 195, Joel Kennedy at 220, and Brady Hiatt at 285.
