Congrats to the boys varsity basketball teams for defeating Cowan and South Adams over the weekend. Also to the JV boys for defeating Cowan.
There are applications for Jerry’s Dairy Freezer in the office.
Students 16 years old and older: Dairy Dream in Albany is now hiring. They will be opening February 27th. Starting pay is $9.00 an hour. After the first week of employment there will be
a $20.00 signing bonus. Go to dairydreamonline.com to find the application. Just print it off, fill it out by hand neatly and take a picture of the completed application. Text it to 765-749-7305. For more information, please see Mrs. Swift in Student Services.
Anyone interested in participating in Jr. High Track this season should join the Schoology group named “Jr. High Track” or contact Coach Kristen Maurer or Coach Veatch for help. Practices will start March 15 at 4:30.
Attention current and former French students: French Club T-shirts will be available to order. If you are interested please let Mrs. Thomas know and fill in the order form in Rm. 119. You need to have the money turned in to Mrs. Thomas before we can place your order. T-shirts are $13.95, Long-sleeved T-shirts are $17.95, and Hoodies are $23.95. Money is due by Monday, March 1st.
FFA members, there will be a chapter meeting after school on Tuesday, February 23rd in Room 150.
Cornhole Tournament – It is National FFA Week. Make sure you sign up for the cornhole tournament that will be held during all 3 lunches. Sign ups will be posted in Mr. Weiler’s room and Mrs. Thornburg’s or talk to one of the officers to sign up. It will be held during the lunch times and you will need to make sure your partner is in the same lunch as you. When you sign up please make sure to put what lunch you are in so the brackets can be made. There will be a prize for the winning team for each lunch!
