Baseball practice will be next Monday and Wednesday 5-7.

FFA Members – There is a Chapter Kick-off meeting on Wednesday, September 1st at 6:00 p.m. We will be cooking out and playing games to kick off the new year, please sign up on the Ag Room door if you will be attending this meeting.

Attention Seniors – We are starting a new tradition here at MC for any senior interested in participating. Seniors will have the opportunity to paint a ceiling tile that will hang in the senior hallway for the 2021-22 school year. At the end of the year, you will have the option of taking it with you. It’s not a requirement, but a way for you to “make your mark” during your senior year. Of course, tiles will have to be school appropriate before we will hang them up. We will have a ceiling tile painting session on Monday, August 30th from 6:00-8:00 p.m. in the art room. Attention Freshmen – If you have not yet turned in your money and permission form for the study trip to Camp Slingshot on Friday, September 3rd, the due date for that is Tuesday. Please turn these items into the main office.

JH volleyball results from last night against Northeastern:
7th Grade:
We lost 25-23 in the first set and 25-15 in the second. The girls did so good it was a really good game. Zoie, Maria, Taylor, Reagan, and Olivia all had killer serves and Rheanna and Bayli picked up some digs.

8th Grade:
First set: 25-17 loss
Second set: 25-11 loss
Sophia did a great job serving!
