The FCA has Fields of Faith permission forms in the office. The event will take place on Wednesday, Oct. 6 at the Muncie Central football field. The bus will leave the school at 6pm.
Seniors: It’s that time of year, Mrs. Swift is getting ready to place the diploma orders. All Seniors and Early Grads stop by Student Services at your earliest convenience to verify the spelling of your full birth given name. (10/1)
All student drivers are required to have a parking pass and updated driver information in the office. If you have not filled out a new form or need a parking pass please be sure to pick one up in the office. There is a form that needs to be filled out and signed and the cost of a pass is $5.
Students who do not have parking passes could have discipline or parking privileges revoked!
Student Drivers must have a pass by Friday, October 1.
The 7th grade girls volleyball team fought hard Tuesday night but lost both sets in close scores, 25-24 and 25-22. Zoie had 8 aces and Raegan, Morgan, Olivia and Maria gave us some aces as well. Maria had 2 digs.
The varsity boys’ and girls’ cross-country teams competed in their county championship Tuesday evening, resulting in both teams being County Champions! The boys won with a perfect score of 15 with Burris 1st, Miller 2nd, Shumaker 3rd, Chamberlain 4th, and Landis 5th. This is the 13th year in a row for the Bears! Girls also won with a score of 20 with Coe 2nd, Osbourne 4th, K. Puckett 5th, Gaddis 7th, and A. Puckett 8th! This is back-to-back championships for the ladies! The cross-country team will compete in the MEC Conference on Saturday starting at 10:00 a.m.
Tuesday night was a great night to be a Bear! The MC Jr High Cross Country teams are again Randolph County Champs. 7th grader Jackson Wines won the meet with a time of 12:46. Zadok Lloyd continued his streak of great finishes with 8th place tonight. Wyatt Daniels, Max Wagner, and Stephen Stockwell finished 10th, 12th, and 14th. Noah Morey and Nick Hendrickson had great races coming in 17th and 22nd. Avery Thomas was the girls champ, pulling ahead of Randolph Southern’s top runner to win in 13:32. Makennah Chamness ran a strong race, finishing 7th. Ailey Moon ran hard to the finish line, coming in 22nd. The teams will run their final meet this Saturday at the Mid Eastern Conference meet at Blue River Valley.
