The varsity cross country team will begin their summer open runs on Monday, June 4th at 7pm. Anyone interested in running on the 2017 Semi-State qualifying teams is welcome to come! There is a sign up sheet outside Mr. Landis’s office for those wanting to be on the 2018 teams.
This Friday is the last day to sign up for a sports physical with Dr. Lumpkin. We are currently filling up spots for the June 21st date. Cost is $20 and must be paid when you sign up. See Mrs. Murray in the high school office to sign up.
Class of 2019 and 2020! Monroe Central Jr/Sr High School will be giving the SAT with Essay during the school day on Wednesday, October 10th. The cost of the test $60, checks payable to Monroe Central Jr/Sr High School. Students planning on taking the SAT in October need to give payment to Mrs. Taylor by Wednesday, May 23.
Last workout for girls basketball will be tonight from 7:30-8:30 for anyone that can make it.
The Monroe Central Band Boosters will be hosting their 1st golf outing fundraiser July 7th at 1pm at Hickory Hills Golf Course. Funds raised will go towards the purchase of new marching band uniforms. Fairview United Methodist Church will be hosting a one day Vacation Bible School on Saturday June 23rd from 10-5 with a family cookout to follow! Email raakla72@yahoo.com to register!
