Request for Qualifications/Pricing of Energy Service Providers

The Board of School Trustees for the Monroe Central School Corporation (MCSC), Parker City, Indiana seeks a Request for Qualifications/Pricing from energy services providers licensed in the State of Indiana.  A qualified provider will be selected for the purpose of implementing energy efficiency projects and will develop and prepare qualifications/pricing and subsequent Guaranteed Energy Savings Contract pursuant to the guidelines set forth in Indiana Code IC 36-1-12.5.  The Request for Qualifications/Pricing (RFQ/P) for consideration of installing a solar photovoltaic system and other mechanical and control systems energy conservation measures and facility improvements is to be delivered to MCSC on September 11, 2023 at 2:00 p.m.  Those interested may obtain a copy of the Request for Qualifications (RFQ/P) guideline by contacting:
