Class of 2026 – please log on to schoology and fill out the after prom survey as soon as possible!

Attention all students: Next week starts our Teacher in Jail Fundraiser! Starting on Monday during lunch, bring in your loose change and cash to put your favorite teacher in jail for the day! The teacher who gets the most money will have a free day for that class period on Thursday the 21st (the day before Spring Break starts!) and watch a movie and eat popcorn. Help support the Class of 2026 & empty your pockets!

Attention 7th grade students! Please be sure to turn in your permission slips for the World’s Finest Chocolate sales. The sale will continue through March 12! All money will be due by March 13. Money raised will go toward the Washington DC trip for your Freshman year.

We will have a presentation from the Jay County JROTC on Thursday, March 7th at 12:15 in Hall Gym.

Any freshmen interested in being a peer mentor next year need to pick up an application from the front office OR Dr. Warren or Mrs. Braswell. There will be an informational meeting on Friday (March 8) in Hall Gym during study hall.

On Saturday March 9th, from 8:30AM to 3PM, the Special Olympics basketball Sectionals will be held at Monroe Central High School. Special Olympics is looking for volunteers in various opportunities such as being a referee, score keeping, runners, clean up, concessions, etc. If you’re interested in volunteering, all day or half day, please send Mrs. Wines a message through Schoology or see her in room 144 to sign up.  

Seniors: Please do not forget to check the Student Services Senior Schoology Group periodically. There are many postings of scholarship opportunities, college events, apprenticeship programs, graduation requirement information and more. Do not miss out on an opportunity! Please see Mrs. Swift in Student Services with any questions.

Middle School Track Practices will begin on Monday, March 11th.  We will meet in the back of the high school cafeteria after school. All athletes must have a physical on file before they can participate in practice and FinalForms completed. Please come prepared for outdoor practice every day as we will go outside whenever possible.

Jerry’s is accepting applications for summer 2024. Students must be 14 yrs or older. Applications are in the office.

After School Help is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays until 4pm.

The MCCTA (Mrs. Van Pelt) is selling granola bars, 2 bars for $1.
